Regenerative agriculture is a growing global movement, but it remains a work in progress. Indigenous and ancestral farmers have long understood that land stays productive only when people work with nature as partners rather than trying to control it.
Drawing on decades of work with smallholder farmers in Haiti and beyond, Hugh Locke will explore how spiritual principles found in humanity’s deepest wisdom traditions, such as stewardship of the earth, justice, the dignity of the farmer and the oneness of humanity, can give this growing movement its heart and keep it true to its purpose.
