Tamales, a favourite food in Latin America, are a complete meal in a portable form. In most versions, they are made from a mixture of corn dough (masa) and filling, wrapped in a banana leaf or corn husk. Learn from Michele how to make delicious Guatemalan tamales using corn leaves from CHEP’s garden.
